Kathryn Cousins is the Associate Director, Development for College Based Giving at the University of Saskatchewan. In her role, Cousins manages all college-based major gift activity on campus within a decentralized program model. She and her team are charged with successfully raising between $35MM - $50MM annually. An award-winning career development and communications professional, Kathryn has worked in the not-for-profit sector for roughly 20 years, holding senior-level posts in both the United States and Canada.
