AFP-CAC Board Meeting

The AFP-CAC Board typically meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Meetings run from 8:30a.m.-10:00a.m. and are held at School-Community Health Alliance of Michigan (SCHA-MI), located at 6035 Executive Dr., Ste. 103 in Lansing, MI 48911.

All AFP-CAC members are welcome and encouraged to attend board meetings.
