A Half-Day Program for Fundraisers of all levels Capital Campaigns in a New Economy (2 sessions: presented at the Beginner Level and Intermediate/Advanced Level) Fundraising over the past few years has changed. Starting with the financial crisis in 2008, the national debt crisis, a sluggish economy, and international financial insecurity, dynamics have emerged that are re-shaping the way capital campaigns are conducted. Learn what works in our new economy and what pit falls to avoid.

Learn the importance of cultivating relationships with prospective major donors and engaging them in genuine and meaningful ways with the mission of the organization and its leadership. Identify ways to involve your board and other volunteer leadership in major gift fundraising.

Candid Career Conversations, a Moderated Discussion (all levels)
Led by Rod Bourn, HCC, Coordinator for Professional Development. Attendees can anonymously submit career advancement questions in advance of the panel discussion for an objective response with tactical recommendations from experienced leaders in the non-profit sector.
