An understanding of ethics in fundraising is one of the keys to being an outstanding development officer. Fundraising cannot happen without the public’s trust. At this session, the group will discuss ethics cases outlined in the book “Ethical Fundraising: A Guide for Nonprofit Boards and Fundraisers” written by the AFP Ethics Committee and edited by Janice Gow Pettey. Attendees are also asked to bring in their own ethical concerns and cases to be discussed by the group in a secure, confidential environment. Join us for lively discussion and networking over pizza in a casual setting.
