Prior to the event, we host a 30 minute power networking event in the lobby of the ballroom (7:30am to 8:00am). The program begins at 8am with a general welcome, prayer and catered breakfast from the hotel. During the program, we invite our title sponsors to speak from the stage and this year hope to incorporate them more in the flow of the presentation. We present 10 awards annually (if nominations are submitted in each category) and the award sponsor usually introduces the award winner. The award winner is provided a few minutes to accept the award and address the crowd. For the Lifetime Achievement winner, we also create and present a 4-5 minute video presentation of the individual and their contributions to the community.
