The Psychology of Giving
Development officers are always looking for the silver bullet phrases − those golden words that will entice a donor to make that big gift. But as a researcher or prospect manager, you can help your development officer build success by understanding donors' values and their decision-making process. This session will look at the predispositions, motivations, and decision-making processes for donors − information you might find you can use with your boss or family.
This session will provide you with a wealth of information about one of the most important drivers of your nonprofit's success - the board.
