Latest NRC Fundraising Report: Fundraising Up, More Charities Running Capital Campaigns
The percentage of charities using capital campaigns jumped from 12 percent in 2011 to 46 percent in 2015, according to the latest Nonprofit Research Collaborative (NRC) Fundraising Survey. In addition, 59 percent of respondents reported that fundraising receipts increased between January-June 2015, which is an increase over the 52 percent who said the same thing during the equivalent 2014 time period.
