Kansas Group—Youth Making a Difference—Earns International Youth Philanthropy Award
Youth Making A Difference (YMAD), a program of the South Central Community Foundation (SCCF) in Pratt, Kan., that involves engaging youth from seven counties in philanthropy and grant-making, has received the 2015 Bob Carter Companies Award for Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy, Group, given by the AFP.

Change in Nomination Criteria for the AFP/Skystone Partners Research Prize
The AFP Research Council is now accepting peer-reviewed articles, in addition to published books, for the AFP/Skystone Partners Research Prize. Nominations are due Nov. 1 to AFP International Headquarters. To be considered for the Prize, works must be published by a commercial publishing house or a professional organization between December 1, 2013 and November 1, 2015.
