Charitable Giving Experiences Biggest Boost Since Great Recession
Blackbaud's Charitable Giving Report shows that fundraising is looking up for the first time since the great recession in 2008. Tracking U.S.-based charitable giving from more than 4000 organizations on a monthly basis shows that giving is up 4.9 percent overall and 3.5 percent online. (Blackbaud) Read more.

Gifts Surge From Rich U.S. Donors
The Chronicle of Philanthropy released its 50 Most Generous Donors of 2013 list which revealed that wealthy donors gave four percent more in 2013 than in 2012, making a collective $7.7-billion given in 2013.
