Oregon Governor Signs House Bill 2060A – Good for Donors, Tough for Charities
Now signed by the Governor of Oregon, House Bill 2060A allows the Attorney General to disqualify a charity from certain tax benefits if the organization does not spend at least 30 percent of its annual expenses on program services. More information here and here. Stay tuned to take action!
