Upcoming AFP Webinars:
How to Turn Your Volunteers (Board and Non-Board Members) into Great Fundraisers
(Oct. 4, 1-2:30 p.m. ET)
Fundraising is about relationships, and yet many organizations overlook their volunteers as potential donors and advocates for the organization. This session, led by Amy Eisenstein, CFRE, will move beyond the traditional practice of utilizing only board members as fundraisers. Instead, it will focus on how many different types of volunteers, including board members, can play an active role in all areas of fundraising, including events, individual solicitation, proposal writing, and direct mail. Amy Eisenstein is the Principal of Tri Point Fundraising and an AFP certified Master Trainer.
The Planned Giving Toolbox
(Oct. 23, 1-2:30 p.m. ET)
The Planned Giving Toolbox is a detailed training discussion illustrated with case studies that will provide a simple introduction or refresher of traditional and non-traditional planned giving tools and strategies to address the needs and concerns of your donors. This presentation will break down planned giving vehicles, often viewed as "too complex," to provide you the confidence and ability to generate more immediate gift and planned giving opportunities with your donors. Greg Hammond, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and Certified Public Accountant, has counseled hundreds of individuals and families on drastically reducing their taxes, preserving wealth, increasing net worth, charitable and estate planning, and building a legacy.
