AFP is proud to announce afpmeet.org, the exclusive mobile site that will allow attendees to access everything they need to optimize their AFP conference experience—right on their smartphone! The mobile site can be viewed across all smartphone browsers (iPhone, Blackberry, Droid, etc.), no matter the device (it also can be enjoyed on your computer’s normal browser - just click the link and see). The mobile site will allow you to search the conference schedules and create a personalized daily schedule, search speakers and exhibitors, access the AFP Marketplace floor plan, follow the conference on Twitter, and more!

afpmeet.org is a mobile site. This means that it is viewable on your smartphone's browser. It may appear better on some phones than others depending on the browser, but should work and appear fine across all smartphones.

Though not necessary to enjoy the afpmeet.org mobile site, by setting up a personal account on the site, you can enhance your mobile experience! Click "Email Settings" and simply enter your preferred email address. By doing this, you will be able to create a personalized conference schedule that you will be able to access and update on any smartphone or browser you use, as well as also automatically receive all Alerts in your inbox!
> Get the latest, up-to-the-minute conference announcements and changes!
Click "Alerts" to get the latest conference news and information on the ground. If there are speaker or room changes, new or canceled events, or breaking news items you need to know to make the most of your event experience, you will find them here!
> Search the conference schedule and create a personalized schedule you can access across all your smartphones and computer!
Click on "Schedule" and start planning! The first page you see lists all the upcoming events and sessions for that day of the conference, divided into what's happening that moment, what's up next, then later that day! Next, click "Explore All Events" to see all the sessions and events. You can also sort these by session type, education track, skill level, and sector.
As you go through the schedule, simply click the "Add to Schedule" button" next to each session or event you want to put on your personal schedule - and it will automatically be added! To see your personal schedule go to "My Schedule" on the main page, and your unique schedule is ready to view. Changed your mind on an event? Simply click "Remove from Schedule" to remove. Remember to add your email address one last time when done creating your personalized schedule - this will ensure that it will appear exactly as you want it when using a different mobile device or computer once you enter your email there!

The mobile site enables users to search speakers and exhibitors, and access a Marketplace floor map. Click "Speaker Directory" to see a complete list of all conference speakers. Also remember you can access speaker bios while viewing the conference events - just click on the linked names. And each speaker bio also lists all the events that person is scheduled to hold. Everything is cross-linked!
Click "Exhibitor Directory" to see all the great exhibitors who will join us at conference, their booth numbers, and links to their websites. In addition, you can click "Marketplace Floor Plan" to see the hall layout, with a list of all vendors and booth numbers under it.

Here is your opportunity to address your thoughts and/or questions to AFP Chair Bob Carter, CFRE, and AFP President and CEO Andrew Watt, FInstF. On Tuesday afternoon during the closing session, they will address your comments and questions on any topic related to fundraising and philanthropy. Each morning of the annual AFP Conference, we will send to all members the AFP Daily Digest, a compendium of all the key events and highlights for the upcoming day. The AFP Daily Digest will be send via email to members, but it will also appear under "Daily Digest" on the mobile site!
