February 15th AFP Education Luncheon: Compassion Fatigue - Finding Work/Life Balance
"You cannot serve from an empty vessel." As non-profit leaders, we are generous toward our mission and the mission of others but sometimes at the cost of ourselves. We are at our best and are able to offer our best to others when we are well. In this session, you will understand 1) why well-being is critical to success; 2) how to align your "yes" with your core purpose; and 3) how to incorporate small, daily habits to grow your well-being so that you can serve.
