AFP OH, Greater Cincinnati Chapter: Networking & Knowledge BreakfastJanuary 8, 2014
Topic: New Year's Topical Resolutions with Your AFP President, Board and Education Committee
The Greater Cincinnati Chapter of AFP is ringing in the New Year with a chance to discuss common fundraising-related resolutions with chapter leadership and fellow professionals. Think of it as a support group for returning to work after the holidays (with no mention of weight loss or exercise!)
Chapter President Meghan Cummmings will lead a table discussion of "Getting Serious About Professional Development" and Past President Danielle Gentry-Barth will tackle "Finally Making That Big Ask". Other experts such as Past President Betsy Baugh and Vice-President of Strategic Planning Sydney Schnurr will address topics aimed at improved connections to your donors and getting better organized (your work, not your garage!) Roundtable leaders and topics will be introduced and moderated by Vice-President of Education Matt Hughes.
Don't feel limited by these topics, though. Bring your own resolution you might need help with, as there will be a chance for those to get individual attention as well. After all, nothing beats the gifts of fellowship, knowledge and support. Which is why we are here in the first place!
