First Session: Shift the Standard Paradigm: Who are WE?

This dynamic session will offer mechanisms for incorporating the donor into an organizational culture and community, determining how this change can radically affect the development function and overcoming roadblocks for implementation of the paradigm shift.
Second Session: Sharing Your Stories: Building a Storytelling Culture
Presented by, Kathy Swayze
Kathy will “drill down” to discuss how engaging your entire organization in telling your stories can help to build a donor-centered culture.
To conclude, program presenters will collaborate in a final interactive session that will send you away with tools and tips for practical application.
About the Speakers
Keiren Havens, Chief Strategy Officer, Health Care for the Homeless has more than fifteen years of experience in non-profit fundraising and organizational development.
Kathy Swayze, President and Creative Director, Impact Communications, Inc. has contributed to the fundraising success of more than 200 organizations. She is a Past President of the Washington, D.C. Chapter of AFP and was named Washington DC’s 2012 Outstanding Professional Fundraiser.
