Updated February 10, 2013 The AFP Strategic Partners Program was designed to create partnerships with leading organizations whose objectives include the support of the profession, the broader fundraising community and the advancement of ethical and effective fundraising. The goal of the program is to not only provide AFP members with services, tools and resources to improve their fundraising skills, the impact they have on their organizations and the communities they serve, but to also provide our partners with a broader level of access and visibility across AFP’s events and communication tools. To that end, this site has been developed to feature the research, insight and best practices our partners can share with you as an AFP member. In the coming weeks, our partners will begin posting information here we believe will be of significant value to you. This will include free access to webinars, events and emerging trends & technologies that directly impact your fundraising efforts. We are proud to welcome Visa and Blackbaud to the AFP Strategic Partners Program. In collaboration with these leading organizations, AFP will be able to increase the level and quality of programming to fundraising practitioners and allow us to leverage our collective voice and better educate the public about the importance of fundraising and philanthropy. To preserve the value of the new program, and to provide a broader voice to each of its partners, AFP is limiting its number of Annual Strategic Partners to eight per year.
