Ethics Sanctions

The following AFP members have been sanctioned in violation of the AFP Code of Ethical Principles and Standards:

José Arturo Valdez Gómez, a member of the AFP Occidente de Mexico Chapter, in Guadalajara, has been permanently expelled from AFP by action of the AFP Ethics Committee, as authorized by the AFP Board of Directors, for violation of the Code of Ethical Principles and Standards.  A letter of revocation has been sent to the member, and notification of this action has been given to the complaining parties and the AFP International Office.

José Arturo Valdez Gómez, miembro del capítulo de AFP Occidente de México, ubicado en Guadalajara, ha sido expulsado permanentemente de AFP por una acción del comité de ética de AFP, según lo autorizado por la junta directiva de AFP, para la violación del código de principios y de estándares éticos. Una carta de la revocación se ha enviado al miembro, y la notificación de esta acción se ha dado a los partidos reclamantes y a la oficina International de AFP.
