AFP Compensation & Benefits Study
AFP's Compensation & Benefits Study is the profession's most comprehensive overview of how different positions within fundraising are compensated and how satisifed fundraisers are with their jobs and responsibilities.
The study provides valuable data about the characteristics of individual fundraisers and paints a picture of the current state of the profession. It summarizes fundraisers' backgrounds, employers, compensation, benefits and job satisfaction.
In 2012, AFP conducted its 12th Compensation & Benefits Study. This study provides detailed data on fundraisers' salaries, benefits, and other compensation in 2011.
The complete 2012 study is available free to AFP members (Note: Members will be required to login). Nonmembers may purchase the report for $95 by contacting profadv@afpnet.org or printing the salary survey order form here.
