Ten Years of GIVING

For the tenth consecutive year, The New York Times will publish its special GIVING section devoted to philanthropy, and AFP members are invited to advertise in the supplement.
This year, GIVING will be published on Monday, Nov. 13, and focus on current trends and issues that affect American philanthropy, including private and corporate foundations, charitable institutions and individual recipients of generosity.
The section is published across the United States and reaches more than 2 million readers, including key decision makers in the corporate and philanthropic communities. The New York Times is ranked No. 1 among influencers in the following issues: arts and media, arts and humanities, social and human services, volunteerism, civil and human rights and women’s issues.
Advertisers for the GIVING section will be promoted in several different ways, including:
- Print advertising in the Times, including organizational logos on post-GIVING section thank-you recognition ad
- Online advertising and promotion on NYTimes.com
- Radio advertising on Metro Traffic
Reservations for four-color ads are due by Friday, Nov. 3; for black-and-white ads, reservations are due Monday, Nov. 6.
