Important Announcement - Database Conversion

During the month of January, AFP implemented an expansive database upgrade that will allow us to better serve you, and create an enhanced and more personalized experience for all of our members. While the bulk of the upgrade is complete, we continue to tweak the new system. It is our topmost priority to make sure that all member accounts are operating appropriately and that members are not experiencing any unnecessary disruptions in service.
One of the changes that occurred with the conversion is that passwords are now case sensitive. If you do not remember the case sensitivity of your password, you will need to reset it. If you choose the reset option, please note that another new requirement that all passwords must be at least six characters long. To change your password, click here or visit the My AFP Profile page and select the appropriate link. This option will also appear if you encounter a login box on the website.
This option will automatically send an email to the email address you have on file with AFP and provide you with a link to change your password. If you do not receive the automatic email, that means that we have an old email address on file for you. Please call the AFP Membership department at 800-666-3863 (local: 703-684-0410) or email email@example.com so that we can reset or correct your account immediately.
In addition, if you encounter any other issues, or odd messages or results as you experience the website, please let us know so we can quickly work to resolve them. Send all such issues (as well as any questions regarding the new database) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
