AFP Chapters Offer CFRE June Education Sessions and Study Groups

The CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) is a professional designation pursued by experienced fundraising professionals aspiring to the highest standards of ethics, competence and service to the philanthropic sector. Even if taking the exam is still years away on your professional horizon, these chapters are offering a chance to get a head start on the process!
AFP Ottawa Chapter Education Session
Two experienced CFREs share tips and tricks on how to successfully acquire the credential and give insight on how the designation has positively impacted their careers and made them better fundraisers.

AFP Greater Toronto Chapter CFRE Study Group
Study groups are a great way to network and meet other members who are pursuing their CFRE! Study groups are self-led and usually run for a total of nine weeks with meetings in the evening once a week. Participants must have their own copy of the CFRE review manual and be an active AFP member. Additional study resources are available to group members and will be provided as needed by AFP.
