Devin Dominguez, CFRE
Director of Development
Art & History Museums - Maitland 

Devin Dominguez is a passionate arts administrator, advocate, and fundraiser with over 15 years in the field ranging from museums to classical music, theatre and libraries. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), holds a BA in Humanities from the University of Central Florida, and is currently pursuing an MA in Arts Administration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. 


Julie Colombino
Founder and CEO
REBUILD Globally 

Julie Colombino is the Founder and CEO of REBUILD globally (RG), a social entrepreneurial ecosystem that was born in the disaster of the 2010 Haiti earthquake and survived its wake by providing a sustainable solution for survivors. REBUILD globally’s mission is to break the cycles of poverty by creating social businesses that equip and empower vulnerable citizens around the globe. Julie has been working to improve the lives of those most affected by poverty and the earthquake for five years by creating and incubating a Haitian business and corresponding fashion brand, Deux Mains Designs.  


Michael Slaymaker, MHR
Vice President of Development and Planned Giving
Easter Seals Florida 

Mr. Slaymaker has over 25 years of experience in fundraising and administration of nonprofit organizations. Michael has raised over $33 million for charities. He earned his Masters of Arts Degree in Human Resources from Rollins College.  In his spare time Michael serves as volunteer Board President for the Orlando Youth Alliance (OYA). OYA’s mission is to create a safe space for LGBTQ youth in Central Florida. He is the founder of the Orlando Anti-Discrimination Ordinance Committee (OADO). 


Debi Pedraza
Director of Philanthropic Development
Orange County Public Schools 

Over her 18 years in educational development, Debi has helped raise nearly $80 million at three organizations.  She is a true generalist who has tackled prospect research, grant writing, stewardship programs, annual giving, events (both friend-raising and fundraising), major gifts, and teaching all of these disciplines to staff and volunteers under her supervision.  Her current position as Director of Philanthropic Development for the tenth largest school district in the U.S. provides an exciting new challenge: bringing best practices from the independent school world to, and blazing new trails within, the public school arena.  She is a long-time member of CASE and serves on the board of the Central Florida chapter of AFP. 


Jessica Lewis
Development Officer
Florida Hospital Foundation 

Jessica has worked in fundraising and development for thirteen years.  Spending the first nine in Special Events, securing corporate sponsors, planning and executing logistics for very large events (2000+) and golf tournaments. Jessica moved over to major gift fundraising and has been doing that for the past four years. She currently raises money for Winter Park Memorial Hospital, A Florida Hospital, to assist with a major transformation of the hospital as well as special programs and anything to improve our patient experience. 


Maile Miller
Associate Director, Individual Philanthropy
Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts 

Maile Miller joined the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in July of 2012 as associate director, individual philanthropy where she manages, cultivates and solicits a portfolio of 200 for both operating and capital campaign funds. Previous to joining the arts center staff, Maile began her fund raising career at the Orange County Regional History Center progressing to the director of development in five years. She then moved to Florida Hospital, where she gained experience in one of the largest development operations in Central Florida. In addition to being an arts enthusiast, Maile has been a singer with the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park since 2009. 


Kyle Melodie McNeil

Kyle Melodie can be described as a people person and her education, passion and life experiences have gifted her with the tools to be a successful, down to earth, driven non-profit leader.  Kyle Melodie has been with The Salvation Army in Orlando for the past seven years and leads the Development function which includes oversight of Volunteer Services, Public Relations, Marketing and Donor Services.  She works with the Board, Board Committees, Women's Auxiliary and is a member of the Central Florida AFP, Orange County East Rotary, and UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management's Event Committee. diverse constituents and supporters in the Community in order to further the mission of The Salvation Army to meet human need in the name of Jesus without discrimination.

Terry Knox
Director of Development
Boystown Central Florida 

Terry C. Knox, CFRE is the Development Director for Boys Town Central Florida.  He has a Master’s in Public Administration/Political Science and a BS in Criminology.  Terry is past President of the AFP Central Florida Chapter and remains active by board involvement.  Currently serves as Mentor on the Rollin’s Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership Center’s Fast Track for Development Staff.  Terry also serves as the Liaison to the UCF and Rollins Collegiate Chapters. Terry and his wife Karen of 40 years live in Orlando, have two grown children and are proud Grandparents of two Grandsons age 10 & 3.
