(Oct. 30, 2013) Recording of Oct. 28 Webinar for Canadian fundraisers in order to better prepare for the forthcoming Canada Anti-Spam Legislations ("CASL"), expected to come into force in 2014. CASL will regulate commercial activities conducted through all electronic means and impose certain requirements on all fundraisers and charities that participate in electronic messages ("CEMs").
